Applicant should be innovative with Marketing and promotion plains around the world.
3. Tex,rick,resources and financial Management:
Applicant should have the qualities to form a 12month budget plain according the resources of company and according to running rules and regulations Of Govt.
4. Resource Management
Applicant should have the qualities to effectively use the human resources of the company that relay on current terms and conditions by Govt.
5. Public and community relationship:
Applicant should have a strong community and public back ground in order to gain the required challenges of the organization.
6. Non-profit Fund raising:
Applicant should have the qualities to fund raise for the organization and the identification of the non-profit resources.
