Abstract: According to a new Medical research, increase in consumption of fibers foods reduces the fat accumulation in belly. Objectives: In a recent health article,It was revealed that 10-12 gm increase in fibrous food in daily diet might reduce 3.8% of daily fat of deep visceral belly of over 5 years.It is known to be more dangerous than fat of subcutaneous which is found near the skin. In addition, authors reported that increased moderate activity resulted in a 7.4% decrease in the accumulation of fat of visceral cavity over the same time. Design: it is proposed that fat of abdominal cavity is also associated with hypertension, blood lipid imbalances, insulin resistance, fatty liver disease, type II diabetes.While taking the fibrous foods may reduce the risks of these diseases. Setting or place: Dr.Kriston Hairston collect this medical information.He is the assistant professor of internal medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, USA. Participants: African Americans and Hispanic Americans-populations. Result: Result from the current study reveal that increase consumption of soluble fiber in daily life may led to a decreased capacity of visceral adipose tissue accumulation. This study is suggesting that increased soluble fiber intake may be a natural tool to slow down this natural progression. Conclusion: It was concluded from this medical research that soluble fiber may be helpful to reduce the levels of belly fat. Always try to take the foods which contain high fibers.
