Green tea does help in a little, but of course you need to mix it with balancing carbs, protein and fats in your daily meals to expect maximum results. Just by drinking tea doesnt mean you will lose weight. It all depends on how you feed yourself.

It’s good to see that you have touched on the subject of green tea especially as it’s related to weight lost. There are lots of other benefits from green tea. There is also research indicating that drinking green tea lowers your cholesterol levels, as well as improving the ratio of good (HDL) cholesterol to bad (LDL) cholesterol. Some studies have also shown that green tea is helpful in helping to reduce tooth decay. So keep the good work up.

I have been drinking green tea for as long as I can remember! Even though I am more of a coffee person, I like switching to tea after a cup or two so that I don't get too wired. Do you recommend a particular brand?
