Very interesting article. I notice I get pretty bloated every time I eat foods high in sugar, even whole grain chips will mess me up. I used to be able to drink a gallon of milk a day, I love it. But lately if I drink one glass I notice it. It would be great if I could eat/drink these foods without the bloat, bring on the pro-biotics.
