We know for years about the positive effects of exercise on our health. But currently scientist do not have a significant knowledge which shows the exact mechanism of exercise for better mental health.

Now Scientists from Cambridge University in association with American scientific institute claim that they have a solid answer for it.They think that with the exercise our brain gets a signal to produce fresh Gray Matter in human brain which results in production of new cells in Brain,so a better mental health.

            Subject of research:
This Research was conducted on rats.Team found that rats wchich were continueously in motion(exercise),produced more Gray Metter than the rats with less motion (exercise).

            Results:
Within a few days millions of new cells form which results in better and stronger memory.According to research team this process(production of new cells),helps in learning and thinking process.Actually exercise results in the production of new cells in the part of brain which is closely relating with memory and past events. Furthermore it also slows down the degradation of brain cells resulting by aging.
            Conclusion:
Research team is not sure about the mechnism of the increase in Gray Metter. It may be due to Increased blood circultion or from increased hormonal level.
But it is obvious that the daily exercise is not only protect you from heart diseases, but also helps us for a stronger mantel health along with many other positive health effects.Benefits of exercise is now confirmed for Human brain to improve memory.
