            Very nice video there. Its surely be benefit for back pain. Yoga and other exercise and helping to reduce the back pack and other pains.

            I used to suffer from terrible indigestion problems, but once I started with yoga, most of my problems have either reduced or disappeared completely. However, yoga is beneficial only when you practice it everyday.

            Great video! Do you have any tips on shoulder and neck yoga moves? Those seem to be the problem areas for me and I'd like to find a regular routine that really targeted those areas.
