            What is dietary fiber?
            Fiber is not a nutrient,since it passes through the body undigested.So why should we need fibers in diet?It reduces cholesterol level and help in lowering of blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart diseases.

            Benefits of Fiber:

            • Control sugar level in diabetic patient
            • Helpful to reduce weight by lowering the need of calories.

            Very interesting! Can I take part of your post to my blog?
            In my opinion there is a great way to lose weight and keep your weight within the desired limits - to eat more foods high in fiber.
            I enjoyed the rich-fiber supplements and was able to destroy extra pounds. I tried it myself and I can safely say - it works!

            Hey Man,
            When i was trying to loose my belly fat,
            I tried tons of diet,but he nothing works until you mix it up with some cardio,
            There are a couple of great cardio exercises that are great fun too,like Cycling..or maybe swimming,Even Kayaking..
            I actually even got a new <a href="http://www.emotionkayaksite.com">Emotion Glide Kayak</a> and hey,iam having a blast.

            The one change I've made recently is eating oatmeal in the morn and this little change did lower my cholesterol about 5-10%. Of course, my doctor wants more!

            Excellent post on the benefits of eating high fiber foods. They put a smile on your face and a bounce in your step the next day if you know what I mean. I am a new mom and have been on a high fiber food diet all through my pregnancy. I fell much healthier and I have also lost weigh much faster.
