Excellent advice. As a personal trainer I come across lots of people who have unhealthy diets. I constantly find myself preaching to my clients the need for a healthy diet. Excellent post on the benefits of eating high fiber foods. They put a smile on your face and a bounce in your step the next day if you know what I mean. I am a new mom and have been on a high fiber food diet all through my pregnancy. I fell much healthier and I have also lost weigh much faster.
