I'm so happy to find this article! I love potatoes and try to often to resist them because they are labeled as "unhealthy." I like to eat them baked with just a little cheese and salt. So happy to hear they have some health benefits!

Great article about mega foods. To be honest, I own a website that sells vitamins, however I believe in getting your best nutrients from the food we eat. Supplements are a good thing, but they are just that. Meant to supplement, not replace a well rounded diet. I like your style of writing. Keep up the good work
